Experience

Over many years I have worked across several closely connected fields of civil law: property law, corporate law, condominium law and copyright, as well as patents, employment law and e-commerce.

From an initial consultation through drafting to representation in court — whatever the scale of legal help a client needs, the office is ready to provide it in whichever form the matter calls for.

Cross-border matters

Few areas of business today stop at a national border, and even a seemingly simple sale can have a foreign party to it. From the start, the office has therefore assisted with cross-border transactions, with foreign nationals wishing to do business in Hungary, and with property transactions involving a foreign party.

For clients or their counterparties who do not speak Hungarian, I provide my services in English or French.

Technology and the law

Technological change is rewriting basic habits, and the law is not exempt. I therefore follow the impact of artificial intelligence on the law not only in general terms: I am enrolled in the postgraduate specialisation in Artificial Intelligence and Technology Law, so that I can help clients find their way through the situations technology creates for them as effectively as possible.

Aim

My aim is that my clients, in a regulatory environment that keeps changing and keeps getting more complex, can see their legal options and risks as simply and as clearly as possible.

Some of the work can be done online — not least where clients or their counterparties are far away — but in my experience a meeting in person remains an important part of a relationship built on trust, as the one between client and attorney is. I hope, then, to welcome the visitor to this website in person at the office before long.
